When to change the cartridge?
We recommend changing the cartridge every 2 to 4 weeks to preserve the flavors of the e-liquids. In case of intensive use, replacement should be more frequent, as heat quickly degrades the cartridge, affecting the flavors.
What is the battery life in puffs?
The battery charges to 100% in less than 15 minutes via USB port. A 100% charge lasts an average of 200 to 250 consecutive puffs. This may vary depending on the intensity of inhalations, the lengths of puffs, and the frequency between each puff.
Return Policy (SAV)?
The Vape Pen (1 battery + 1 cartridge resistance/tank), also called "all-in-one" electronic cigarettes, comes with a 7-day warranty from the date of receipt following the purchase on our website.
Batteries have a limited lifespan, which depends mainly on usage conditions (frequency of use, shocks, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme temperatures, contact with water, etc.).
The tank cartridge containing the vape pen resistance is a consumable; it is recommended to change it regularly depending on your use. When the resistance no longer functions (burnt taste or no vapor production), it is essential to change it, and this is not covered under warranty.

If a product is found to be defective during the commercial warranty period, it must be returned and diagnosed in our workshops. If possible, it will be repaired and re-shipped. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new identical model.
