We recommend changing the cartridge every 2 to 4 weeks to preserve the flavors of the e-liquids. In case of heavy use, replacement should be more frequent, as heat quickly alters the cartridge, affecting the flavors.

Return Policy?

The batteries have a limited lifespan, which mainly depends on usage conditions (frequency of use, shocks, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme temperatures, contact with water, etc.).
The reservoir cartridge containing the resistance of the vape pen is a consumable and should be changed regularly depending on your usage. When the resistance no longer works (burnt taste or no vapor production), it must be replaced, and this is not covered by the warranty.

If a product proves defective during the commercial warranty period, it must be returned and diagnosed in our workshops. If possible, it will be repaired and sent back. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new identical model.
