We recommend replacing the cartridge every 2 to 4 weeks to preserve the flavors of the e-liquids. In the case of intensive use, replacement will need to be more frequent, as heat quickly alters the cartridge, affecting the flavors.
How long does the battery last in terms of puffs?
The battery fully charges in less than 15 minutes via USB. A 100% charged battery lasts an average of 200 to 250 consecutive puffs. This can vary depending on the intensity of the inhalations, the length of each puff, and the frequency between puffs.
Return policy?
The Vape Pen (1 battery + 1 cartridge resistance/tank), also known as "all-in-one" e-cigarettes, comes with a 7-day warranty from the date of receipt following purchase on our website.
The batteries have a limited lifespan, which mainly depends on usage conditions (frequency of use, shocks, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme temperatures, contact with water, etc.).
The tank cartridge containing the vape pen's resistance is a consumable and should be regularly replaced based on your usage. When the resistance no longer functions (burnt taste or no longer produces vapor), it must be replaced, which is not covered by the warranty.
In case of a defect detected during the commercial warranty period, please contact after-sales service via our form: SAV Form.
If a product is found to be defective during the commercial warranty period, it must be returned and diagnosed at our workshops. If possible, it will be repaired and reshipped. If repair is impossible, the product will be replaced with an identical new model.
