To get the most out of the 20% CBD oil by Marie Jeanne CBD®, it’s crucial to adapt your dosage and method of use to your individual needs. Here are our tips for optimal use:

Sublingual: For a rapid absorption of active compounds into the bloodstream, place a few drops under the tongue. This method allows effects to be generally felt within 15 minutes after absorption.

In Infusion: Incorporate a few drops of our oil into your warm tea or infusion.

In Cooking: Enrich your meals by adding our 20% CBD oil to your dressings or dishes. It's a delicious way to consume your daily dose of CBD.

CBD Dosage Rules: For the 20% CBD oil by Marie Jeanne CBD®, start with a low dose, adjustable according to perceived effects, aiming for a gradual increase until the desired effect is reached. It’s crucial not to exceed 50 mg of CBD per day.

Given the high concentration, each drop of our 20% oil contains about 10 mg of CBD, thus recommending a maximum of 5 drops per day, spread over three doses (morning, noon, evening) for optimal absorption and effectiveness. Use the dropper for precise dosing, placing drops under the tongue and waiting 30 seconds before swallowing, ensuring rapid and effective assimilation.
