Order Shipping

On weekdays, any order placed before 2:30 PM is shipped the same day.

Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday; we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and the destination.

For mainland France:

• via Colissimo: 48 to 72 hours as estimated by La Poste services.
• via Chronopost: 24 to 48 hours as estimated by Chronopost services.

The delivery times indicated on our website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment. These times depend exclusively on the carriers and postal services responsible for shipping the packages.

Consequently, any delay or incident occurring after the carrier has taken charge of the order shall not give rise to a claim or compensation from our company.

For international deliveries, the delivery times may vary depending on the postal services of the destination country.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee the announced delivery times.

Delivery in Mainland France

By Colissimo (home delivery or pickup point)

• Shipping fees are free for orders over €29.90 in Mainland France.
• For orders under €29.99, a contribution of €4.90 is required from customers to cover transportation and logistics costs.
• For hand delivery, an additional €1.90 is charged to customers.

By Chronopost (home delivery)

• Shipping fees are €6 for orders over €29.99 in Mainland France.
• For orders under €29.90, a contribution of €9.90 is required from customers to cover transportation and logistics costs.

Delivery to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)

• For orders up to €29.90, a shipping contribution of €14 (excl. VAT) will be required.
• For orders over €29.90, a shipping contribution of €14 (excl. VAT) will be required.
• Shipments are made exclusively via Colissimo.

Eligible destinations: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, French Guiana, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon

Delivery to DOM-TOM 2

• For orders up to €29.90, a shipping contribution of €34 (excl. VAT) will be required.
• For orders over €29.90, a shipping contribution of €34 (excl. VAT) will be required.
• Shipments are made exclusively via Colissimo.

Eligible destinations: (New Caledonia: temporarily closed), French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna

Delivery in Europe

• Shipping fees are €4.90.

Eligible destinations: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine

Delivery Outside Europe

• For all countries outside Europe, delivery is carried out by Colissimo and then handed over to local service providers depending on the destination country.
• The cost is €14 (excl. VAT).

Eligible destinations: Albania, Belarus, Croatia, Canary Islands (Spain), Vatican City, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Jersey, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey
